I would think its modding...but that weird the way the play...but it still looks fun

*sigh* I'm gonna just copy and paste what I just said before. "No modding. These guys found a way to play custom on the Halo 3 beta. In Halo 3, there are more gameplay options which include damage resistance and movement speed. By the way, this is one of Bungie's custom variant called Ninjaball and the purpose of the game is to ASSASSINATE only (ninja... hint hint). And I guess Bungie put 200% on Movement Speed so everyone runs really fast."
