@peace96intheworld probably what u saw were Rokefeller center...no, is not the embassy,since we have differents culture in our city..we share different flags as well besides, we have the United Nations. there we share the flags as well...

I've lived in Los Angeles my whole life and have always wanted to visit New York during Christmas. Early last year my friend and I saved our money all year so we could afford to go. We just got back and had a great time!! We had a view of the Empire Sate Building and Macy's from our hotel room. I have never ice skated in my life and wanted to go at Rock center but it was over a 3 hour wait so maybe next time. For any one who wants to go but hasn't save your pennies and do it!! You'll love it!!

@Kunijimaenglish I just got back from there. I hope you make it there soon, I'm sure you will love it!! It's a great place to spend Christmas. I met a lot of people visiting from Japan. Next year I'm planning on going in the beginning of fall before it gets to cold.
