  • @Herbydakiffa You don't get credited for writiing a song for merely providing a solo. basically.. But, at the time, they thought you did so they credited him as co-writing the song.. I can't explain it any simpler than that, I'm afraid. Watch the anthology. It provides you with the explanation..

  • Paul actually wrote the song and George wrote the solo. They said Paul & George wrote it before realising how song credits worked..
