World of Warcraft : The Battle for Stormwind

Its Halloween time again, and this time its a zombie infestation! Plagued Crates and plague infected roaches are around the cities and towns of Azeroth + Outlands, and within seconds or minutes after contact with one or a zombie; if no cure is found; you will be turned into a zombie!

Note: this is not a halloween event. It is the Wrath of the Lich King launch event which coincided at the same time as halloween.

We had hundreds of Zombies and defenders in Stormwind for this REAL clip, and we hope you enjoy it!

when is this event in wow? I started when wotlk first came out so this is new to me.

This event was during halloween straight after the WoTLK patch was released, but before the game was purchasable.

It was a one time world event. It preceded Wrath of the Lich King. There have been other world events. They did one for the Burning Crusade expansion, too.

Will probably be another world event before Cataclysm. When that happens, everyone get your game video recorders rolling...should be some good stuff.

@TribalCorp yea he probelly is new i remember on 1 server my friends and our guilds standed in a cirkel at teh town squeare and got attacked bye countless ghouls damm goo dtimes :D

my entire guild hided in the AH taking down any that walked in, good times lol

You shoulda seen it on the rp server earthen ring we had all of the stormwind city guard guild trying to protect the keep filled with loads of players trying to escape the plague.........All the guild got infected and we stormed the keep plagueing everyone....from that keep we raided every major city and eventually nearly took over the eastern kingdoms.
