After asking Cranford Township Commissioner George Jorn for a second time during a public meeting to explain what a committee formed to produce a report on shared services, and which people involved were paid $33,000 collectively, actually did to earn their money he replied "I don't recall". Jorn received $4,500 for his services as a committee person on that committee. Despite a secretary having been paid $3,000 the County of Union has no documentation to show what work this committee produced, nor do they have any meeting minutes to show that they ever met.

  • She will never get in office

  • that city person should have been fired for saying that to a citizen. The point of him holding any position with the city is to serve the city residents. SO SORRY YOU HAVE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS YOU DON'T LIKE!!

UNION TOWNSHIP CITIZENS WAKE UP AND SPEAK UP!!

  • Go get Him Girl !!

  • keep taxing us we will keep paying get rid of these crooks who control our state.

  • OUTSTANDING, keep up the great job and hopefully your work can inspire others to do similar work in their communities. As I feel too many(NOT ALL)of our officials have the same attitude. I recently listened to a speech on ethics from the new Attorney General, Anne Milgram and I think her office may finally be a help to the citizens of NJ in the future in making our officials accountable.

  • You're right, Tina, someone has to answer for it, but they are too arrogant to think it has to be them! You are doing a wonderful job out there to let "We The People" see the manipulations and the machinations of those arrogant bastards in our county government, and those beholden to them, so we can throw them out! We have begun the job already in Berkeley Heights, and we are winning back our town!!!

  • I doubt it. Although now the AG is a woman, the old one seemed to have no interest in rooting out any corruption. He was rewarded with the position of Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court of NJ. That says it all, in my opinion.

  • This sounds quite familiiar. It sounds just like what goes on in Berkeley Heights! But they have been procrastinating filming their proceedings for almost a year! You are doing a wonderful service to root out the corruption in this God-forsaken county, Lisa Renna! One of these days, we will get ALL of these Bastards!
