very nice, even though we don't train usin happo-giri in our club I tend to use it for solo practice. The hip turns I use involve me going under the sword as opposed to the sword going over me but that's the only real difference. Ilike to imagine that each thrust has actually penetrated , that way I wouldn't be able to lift the sword only drop myself under it.
