@doctorcathy - Thanks Dr Cathy for your response! One more question - If I do your workouts 30 minutes or more a day, 5-6 days each week, in how many weeks, I should start seeing results.

Nesha - And thanks!

@OSUbellamama You could repeat this video for 2 or 3 times for a total workout of 16-22 minutes, or try one of my other videos. The idea is to do a total of 20-30 minutes of exercise a day, at least 4-5 days per week. If you've been exercising up till now, you should be fine to continue for the remainder of your pregnancy. If you are just starting out, then you may want to rest between the videos. Good luck, and please keep me posted on your progress.

Dr Cathy, how many times would I need to do this workout, in a row, to get a full cardio workout? I am 30 weeks pregnant.
My daughter is 21 months old and I am not able to reduce my weight as well my belly back to shape. Doctor Cathy please suggest daily how much time I should try your workouts so I can get in shape.

@angt2007 a good goal is 30 minutes a day, 5-6 days each week. I prefer a longer workout, but if you follow this order you'll do great: cardio warm up, stretch, cardio or weights, yoga or stretch
We have plenty of videos for you to mix up a different routine every day. And there are more on my web site at EducatedPregnancy. com

Dr Cathy, i've following ur vids since early pregnancy, but sometimes i fall sick (fever n flu), so i took a rest like one week. Is it still ok to continue as what i used to do? Now i'm 33 weeks, anyway i am looking forward to get as lean as ur body after delivery. Appreciate your comments, thanks.

@eternalsue Taking a break for a week every now and then is believed to be good for the body. It's like taking a short break to sharpen your axe while chopping wood...it allows you to come back more effectively. As long as you are still doing fine, there's no reason to discontinue, but modify as necessary.
