Scarborough: O'Reilly "Lies" & "Goes Off the Deep End"

Well, as Joe points out, theres is simply no other way to describe what BillO did in his latest attack against NBC and the "vast left wing media conspiracy" that's out to undermine President Bush and his misadventure in Iraq.

Merriam-Webster defines the word lie as follows: lie; noun 1 a: an assertion of something known or believed by the speaker to be untrue with intent to deceive b: an untrue or inaccurate statement that may or may not be believed true by the speaker.

Oreily hardly presents the opposite viewpoint. He usually cuts the other person making the point off of interrupts with his "feistyness".

I watch all news from every station. I watch as many full, unedited, uncensored, videos as I can from more reliable sources, there may be other news stations that spin things to their view, but fox is THE WORST!

So, if a lie is an assertion of something known or believed by the speaker to be untrue with intent to deceive... what if Bill O'Reilly actually believes what he says? He'd be the perfect misinformation machine. What if he doesn't actually believe in anything that he doesn't say? What if he doesn't think he's lying?
