The only thing I have to say about this is it could be abused, and perhaps is designed to be abused. I dont litter, at all, but what would stop someone from calling 1-866-litter1 just because they didnt like my driving. I'm suprised no one mentions this. It will back fire. But hey... state needs money right, why should they care.

Great commercial....I think the WSP could have demonstrated a driver actually tarping the load.....it's just a suggestion! Please say nice things in your comments..my feelings get hurt easily!
