An allergic reaction? She claims her allery is a disability? Breathing difficulties? Wheezing, itching and watery eyes? Does anyone observe those symptoms?
Why did she call a recess AFTER she approached the service dog? Ooops, why did she approach the service dog? wasn't she having an allergic reaction? You mean, without calling for a recess, she was having a medical emergency, difficulty breathing, so she approached the dog, that she blames for causing her distress? Why do that?

City Councilors in Cambridge, MA are paid $66,000 plus benefits. Each councilor gets a "research" assistant who is paid $35,000 -- more than $100,000 per councilor, and almost $1 million per year when you add in the maintenance of the building, the secretaries and their letters and the heat and cooling. Mayor and Vice Mayor get extra. Lot of money for little return. It is show business for the clueless taxpayers and the complicit recipients of taxpayer monies.
It seems like these people do not know the difference between a pet and a service animal. This is very confusing.

It is simple. The City officials know the difference. They do not have any concern or respect for the rights of persons with disabilities.
