This is a 250cc. It is called a Hibird. From the research I have done, it is not EPA or DOT approved, and is therefore not street legal. Kind of like the Kikker 5150 Hardknock. Those guys either have to register them as homebuilt motorcycles or use a fake certificate of origin.

we need 500cc chopers up here badly. 250s are just not enough on our highways epecially when we need to give a lift with our kinds and stuff.
