does christmas expand or does it just grow? i just bought some and im confused how it works. do i need to buy several pads to make a wall out of it or cover the ground with it?

@axolotlwithexotics in my tank, I'd say it just grows. Grows way faster than it expands.. I'd get several to make a moss wall or cover some substrate

Compare the size of the female guppy to the rest of the the tank and you'll know it's only a 5.5 gallon.
