the only time that i had my car that loud was the time that broke my exhaust pipe from the engine when i was racing it i got it fixed the day after but oh boy it was fun to turn heads hahaha.

To answer the question i got about the black puff when i first reved it: That was when I was still running an open waist-gate on a very rich (safe) tune. I eventually re-routed the wiastgate into the downpipe because you could smell exhaust when running it at highway speeds. open down pipes are better off for track cars :^P
thats the third time i had that question so I wanted to answer it for others to see.

No you will not pass smog with strait pipes... But it sounds amazing haha. Your best bet is to get a strait pipe exhaust made and keep your stock exhaust for inspection.
this sound bite does it justice, I used the camera built into the my laptop to record it...
But I'm glad so many people like it.

Damn that's loud. Definitely flows well, but on long trips you'll get headaches. Mine used to be that loud. lol.

It is loud... on long trips its not such a problem with the T-tops off. with them on its does echo and get droning.
On most highway trips I am more concerned with the sound annoying the local police than my self.
But the turbo spools a full 700RMP sooner than the stock exhaust. which is damn impressive.

HAHA yea its a bit loud... No one likes it when i come home late at night. Its basically strait pipes with a glass pack. no cat or muffler.. so it flows like crazy and the turbo spools really quick compared to stock..
