The green bubble is IA/Smuggler. Its 100% defense rate for ~3 seconds, I think it also removes negative effects on them. Hunker Down is when their cover gets bigger and has those grey corner piece, as opposed to the half height portable cover they usually use.

@RaggokOozo I think she got raped by a few too many concealment operatives. I wonder what she would say if she knew Im actually a healer and do all my dps in healing 4 set, lol

@GirlCraft ROFL, holy shit dude! I hope your on our server so I can cull your ass to death. Also saying u got a ELO in league is like saying u got a good arena rating in wow. Its all about grp comp and the other people in your grp. Also I play lethality, not concealment anymore. Not because theres a lack of complexity (because there is if you want to keep the dot rolling and armor pen up 100%) Thats the reason I used to out damage other smugglers/operatives by at least 100k
