Tragic yes. I just dont think its fair calling ANYBODY a "piece of shit" for problems you obviously dont and will never understand. Would it be any less offensive to call the generation of our grandparents and parents peices of shit for smoking their lives away ending in a long horrible cancerous death??? Regardless Shannons voice and lyrics were a gift to the world for the short time we had him. If you cant love the singer love the song, its music <3

if i am not mistaken i got this recording off Limewire of something similar years ago. To this day, i don't know where it is from, but it's such a great rendition of the song.
