Jeff has some sick BJJ! I train here in knoxville under Matt and J. Hosford. I was lucky enough to train with Jeff about a year and a half ago. He came to knoxville and trained some BJJ and Muythai with a few of us over a weekend. At the time he was getting ready for his fight with Faber. Training with him just elevated my MMA game. Jeff's like a scientist when it comes to MMA! I think hes one of the top MMA fighters in my book. Very intelligent dude!
