First, thanks Corolla for showing ME and letting me record how to make 蘿蔔糕 (Chinese Carrot Cake). For the ingredient, you can see it on the video below at about 8:48. Anyhow, I didn't expect something you can find in almost every restaurants so easily and it takes soo long to make. We went to the supermarket, bought everything we needed, then started at about 1pm and we finished at around 3:30 Anyway, just watch this video and pretty much you will get everything about this 蘿蔔糕 (Chinese Carrot Cake) :D
It's radish not carrot, carrot is the red one well orange

應該調米漿比較方便,粉600克+水900克,調好倒進炒好羅剝絲,讓他邊炒邊蒸發水分就成面糊了
