Days off/Vacations are called お休(おやすみ(oyasumi)）. It can be used in a sentence such as:
-来週は俺たちがお休です！
-らいしゅうはおれたちがおやすみです
-Next week we've got off!

@ShiroKreuz That's Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight. It's the TV version of the OVA, which is simply called Record of Lodoss War. The OVA is much better.. I think I watched it like 4-5 times （^ω^;）
