The only thing I take objection to is the misdirected focus at one point on the European Holocaust. It was a very dark and insidious time, however the American Holocaust and almost triple the number of lives taken through intentional and directed genocide and murder was done so at the hands of those who called themselves Christian. They not only killed but the land on which they killed was intentionally stolen as well by those same who lied about it later and spent centuries covering it up.
