Better intro on the European version but the lead singer sounds insipid which spoils it .This version seems to blot her out .A better version would be the European intro and backing track with the vocals on this one .

i get use to hear this version couse here in my country ( Argentina) "Cruel Summer" was the official album... the last year i could get "flowers" and was the fist time i heard the other version... is like happened to you XDDD ( sorry for my english)

I've spent years hating the original version of this song from the album Flowers, if only this had been used on both Flowers and Cruel Summer then it would have been a different story, this version is so much better, the Flowers version falls a bit flat.
