Do you folks get permission from Google? Would love to use this kind of stuff, but always assumed they would be strict about commercial permission (Figured I'd have to go with public domain stuff like NASA's World Wind)

Hi Seth. I posted a lengthy reply, but for some reason it did not show up. Anyhow, the short story is that concept3D specializes in the commercial sale and production of data and information layered on top of Google Earth and Google Maps. GE imagery and exported video can be used for commercial free purposes provided attribution text is clearly visible (i.e., Google logo).
