@710scarletreaper IMO, a mix of both would be best obviously you also need hand to hand training or you're pretty much fucked no matter how big you are.

great workout !! I'm workin' out three times a week in a gym with weights(monday, wednesday, friday), so can I do turbulence training on my rest days(tuesday, thursday, saturday)? I'm worried about to overtraining myself, so I'll apriciate your advise. My goals are to build muscle and burn fat. Thank You in Advance :)

I purchased TT last week and I've been doing it for the last 2 weeks and I saw results from the very first workout! NO SHIT! I'm used to heavy low reps and longer rest between sets and when I saw the TT workouts at first I laughed at them, however after the first superset I was lying on the ground all FUCKED UP! hoping the minute between sets would last forever! Get TT and say SAYANARA to bodyfat! LOL

Why do think special ops units only use high intensity bodywheight exercise.
The guy that benched 500 lbs in BUDS (SEAL TRaining) quit before the first week.
Massive muscles are disfunctional muscle mass, useless for most tasks. Most of the wiry, flexible guys I've known could kill any bodybuilder in hand to hand combat.

actually it kinda works, i do sumthing simmilar, like i do 200 jumpin jaks, then i sorta march like 400 steps, and then squat 30 times and and run in 1 place (you knw wt i mean ryt) and all of that in the biegining took like 45 miniutes now after 2 months it takes only 30 minuites to finish, and i have done this for like 2 months without missing it even a day and i now have lost almost 10 kg(8kg to be exact) but you have to work o your diet too,no carbs and green tea.=Dpeace!

Better in what way? You're never going to build an appreciable amount of mass doing body weight exercises alone. I understand that there are things you can do to make your own body weight quite challenging, but nothing comes close to a barbell back squat or a deadlift in terms of muscle building and overall strength development.
Body weight exercises are great, and they have their place, but they're not the end-all be-all.

Why are people saying these exercises do nothing??
Effective body weight exercises are better than any weight lifting session when it comes to strength training.. It really sets fire to the metabolism and if done intensely enough has a great effect on breathing when it comes to sprints or distance runs!
