Gaming pc I made about 4 months ago for video editing and gaming.
Have a few issues with processor idling hot and the Asus mobo not reading fan speeds at low rpms. However working well if fan is kept above 50%.

  • forgot to add i used artic silver instead of the pre applied thermal paste

  • get the freezer po 13 limited edition i have a phenom iix2 unlocked to quad at 3.4ghz and my idle temp is 16 degrees and max running prime 95 is 48 degrees

  • the CPU fan has a strange design. You will loose so much air flow if there isn't any plastic sides around the edge of the fan like your case fan has. a lot of the air escapes out the side of the fan. I suggest changing the fan if possible, or getting a heat sink that is rated high enough to handle your overclocked CPU.
