The common sun rash can cause blistering of the skin, severe itching and infection, and can be treated by taking long, cool baths, avoiding tight clothing and applying hydrocortisone or aloe vera gel.     So what is the problem if he speaks fast,you should know that other persons cant understand what fast talking because English is not their mother language I wish that you can deal with it
