  • @hzane Oh yeah...like people can't lie about their "abilities." You meet someone for 15-20 minutes and all of a sudden, you can accurately access their personalities, their competency, and their skill---just by "meeting them?" YOU need to learn to think outside the box. The only way to know if a person can do a job is to try them out, not ask them questions they can lie about (while acting). Small-minded people, I tell you...!

  • @Pariah2001 True and come on if somebody really wants 2 hire you they will what fukkin classes you took in High School or Trade school shouldnt mean anything

  • Bringing in extra resumes?? In this day and age with applicants emailing their resumes in, the employer not only has a copy, but can print more when needed.

  • @Pariah2001 lol..true

  • Impressive video! You have nice examples going on, well prepared and good points to ponder!

  • I am great in interviews and have the life changing one waiting for me this Monday. I know all of this and if what I'm up against hasn't figured this stuff out yet, I'm set.

  • Never list a bad referee down, een it is the only one you have. Not many employers know this, but if they bad mouth you they can actually be sued for defamation of character.

  • wrong. resumes are simply tickets to land the job interview.

  • What are you like 16? Resumes are simply a device to find candidates, as a business owner I'm not entering a contract agreeing to give someone 10's of thousands of dollars a year without even meeting them. The higher paying the job the more interviews you have to go through. You have to make sure the person is competent and sane just fundamentally, then you assess their skill level, determining their personality and if it's a fit is only one aspect of the interview process.
