  • El sodio (más difícil cuando usted no nos dice cantidades):

    La Victoria Red Taco Sauce = 105 mg per 1 tbsp (about 10 tbsp)

    Mozzarella cheese = ~200 mg per 1/4 cup

    Ground beef = ~75 mg per 3 ounces

    Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, diced onion, sliced bell pepper = negligible

    Albertson's Mexican Cheese = 160 mg per 1/4 cup

    Black olives = ~30 mg per olive

    All Whites = 95 mg per 1/4 cup

    Multiply by quantities and divide by 12 slices to get your sodium per slice.
