Excellent! I am new to the vegan diet (HATE that word) and have been absolutely enamoured with by the plethora of completely healthy - and comparitively cheaper! - vegan recipes/substitutions. I am wishing i had accessed all this informaiton earlier :)

first time making bread... i know i can do better, but this is probably the easiest video in terms of making bread. I will try some more times... maybe next time with less baking time... i cut all the ingredients in half but forgot to cut the baking time too. oops :)

Looks fantastic, unfortunately, the Earth Balance product just added about 20 of those "useless" ingredients you talked about at the beginning of the video :(

Okay, I just finished making this bread and I am eating a slice right now with a little soy garden butter and some apricot spread, it is wonderful! gonna have to make it a lot for sandwiches and stuff. Oh, and I used one large loaf pan instead of two small ones. Thank you!!!
