É algo nesse snetido mesmo, ainda que isso já é caminhar para uma análise semiótica que, além de discútivel, é desnecessária para perceber o óbvio: a música não é triste no fim das contas.

hmmm , well i repect your opinion but if you study the piece more closely the first part is in minor key and the second part is in major. so it is a combination of sad and happy, well, that's the way i look at . :)

Nice.
Just a "small" flaw:
"Chega de Saudade" is probably the most sad portuguese Bossa Nova song. It misses something when you put an arrangement that makes it so... "light", for put out like that.
