This was our Senior Design Project for MEMS 1043 at the University of Pittsburgh in the spring of 2011. The group consisted of four mechanical engineering seniors (Tim, Eric, Justin, Josh). The objective was to translate an object with a minimum of 3 DOF and achieve an accuracy of plus/minus 0.020 of an inch. We would like to thank all those that helped us along the way. It has been a great learning experience and we are all so proud of what we have accomplished in only four months.
