I say the R5 gets it 1st for the rich people (the R5 is a long run too) the The R1 to show off to the tourist, then the R7 (another long run) and its up for grabs after that.

There is also the possibility of the use of the Silverliner V's being used on the R3 since the R3 was the first route to use the Quiet car and also possibly the R7 since that was the also the first route for the ALP-44's with the Comet II passenger cars but then again i might be wrong

wealthy people don't ride metro.
anyway, pretty ugly train.
Rotem can build nice looking aerodynamic trains.
I guess SEPTA insisted on keeping the old and ugly design.
