This song makes me feel so good! Growing up with Smooth Jazz, I couldn't have asked for a better childhood <3

@WithInsert, I appreciate your post. I do remember T-i-t-o in the mid 80's on radio metropole, every afternoon after school. He had a great vocal, and yes he used to close his show with Herb's song. What a shame that he passed. I have never had a chance to see what he looked like. If you got some pictures or some bio, please share...thanks.

@PathfinderMac When I worked in "Contracted Construction and House Renovation work during the 1970s I used to also Listen to Herb Alpert Superb Melody JAZZ over the Radio, I loved it, and my Job in fast Construction became more Constructive and Enjoyable with Herb Alpert over the Radio FM. Stations of the 1970s!!!!

@irish89055 None were Hispanic. The TJB was mostly Italian...I think Tonni Kalash (2nd trumpet) was Jewish, too. Guitar, bass, piano, drums...all Italians. Even Julius Wechter (Herb's uncredited marimba player), I'm guessing, was of German descent.

the best time to listen to all of Mr. Alpert's music is on a rainy lazy Sunday. I mean all day,and to start it off. Have a Beer breakfast .And if the mood strikes just right go tap your honey, she won't mind!
