  • @win2kpro no it is not overcooked or burned... Bangda should cook that way to enjoy the flavor orelse in the bones, the flesh still remains raw...

    Bangda is rich with oil and more u cook or fry on seamer flame, the more it has the flavor.

  • You cannot beat mackerel fish for flavour or texture one of the best fishes in the sea, although i do like sea bass, and salmon but fish in general is really good.

  • hello, you did not use garlic paste. garlic is must in all indian fish recipe, if u would have used garlic you will get very nice test for this fish
