@amgedessam That is because the Qur'an is endowed with the Almighty's Mercy:
"51. Why - is it not enough for them that We have bestowed this divine writ on thee from on high, to be conveyed [by thee] to them? (48) For, verily, in it is [manifested Our] grace, and a reminder to people who will believe." 29:51
"77. and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]." 27:77
Therefore, anyone except the one whos bent on denying the truth can feel this relaxing.
