  • Quite different from the book. I do not mind usually, but this time it is a bit clumsy

Hi, well, I think I am flexible enough, I just do not like the storyline here, that`s all. Clearly proves how difficult it is to keep up with Christie.

  • The story of the nun just seems like it a sub-plot thrown in to fill time. I don't see what purpose she has in the overall plot.

  • They did a really good job with this story, even though they COMPLETELY changed the ending.

  • Wow...!

  • @KyriaNunNuit I agree, Lady B deserved what she got.

  • "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio" Hamlet by Shakespeare

"If a something can be broken, believe it can be fixed" Rabbi Nachman of Bratzlav (1700's)

  • Some day, Poirot will assemble all of the suspects in one room and say, "None of you did it."

  • @KyriaNunNuit @KyriaNunNuit Ah, there is a drop-down menu. (Mystery solved ;) and the double-post is no more. And THANK YOU, ravenhaven14 for posting all these delicious things. : )

  • @BooBoo0818 Yes, I agree totally, and that is part of what makes Agatha Christie's work so brilliant. One can still wish though that the author would have given the story a different twist. At least I do, occasionally, with some stories and movies. I guess I'm just sentimental at heart and although I love the way the authors plumb the depths of human nature and the desperately heroic deaths show characters off in the best possible light at times, a part of me still yearns for a happier ending.

  • @KyriaNunNuit These stories are about the observation of human nature(the good, the bad, the ugly) and the choices people make. They aren't about what choices the characters would've, should've, or could've made..

  • Still, it was a brilliant movie !

Oh, and I apologize for double-posting the previous comment. I'm new to this stuff and... does anybody know by any chance how to delete one's own comments? (Insert embarrassed smiley here)
