My friends band is unsigned, and iTunes gives them 100% of the shares... I'm positive. They had to pay so much to get their songs on there, like $200, but iTunes gets no money for how many songs are actually sold.

@inriXsandman Very much doubt that mate. Almost every online digital music store takes a percentage from the sales. Especially the more well known ones such as iTunes, TID and Juno.
