  • @hungmg  you can't fix obesity with low carb diets and exercise. The problem with extremely obese people like David Smith is that they don't need a personal coach. They mainly need a psychiatrist.

  • DAMN! he got CUUUUUTE losin that weight... Good job dave! really grate! Im trying to lose weight my self. 220pounds but im kinda tall about 6'1. ex basktball player.. but still, Im so big.. Been tryin to lose weight all my life, always been bigger then all my friends and family.. So now that i quit basketball and just going to school i just still think about loosing that weight. my goal is 190 pounds. would be so great!. but yea, u lookin real good! :) And big props to chris !!
