Uh, how about his stupidity? Or maybe his inability to make a coherent sentence. He was talking about the Internet Neutrality Bill, and last time I checked, that bill affected America. Seeing as how I am an American, and I use the internet, it affects me. Therefore, he IS, indeed, talking to me. You seriously need to see the subtitles for this, it would blow your insignificant mind. Also, WHY the hell did you feel the need to use multiple question marks? It bugs me that you are stupid.
