well.... it's not that she is eating first, she is the leader(in this situation) because she is making the dog wait calmly for his food, and it's up to her when the dog gets it's food.

So if leader goes first, why dont you eat your dog's kibble first? Also since positioning is so important, please Never lie on the floor because a standing dog will be dominant over you. It may also think that you are a dead carcass! LMAO

I guess this person has never read the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior's position statement on the use of dominance in dog training. Or, Karen Pryor's 2009 article, "Debunking Dominance Theory."
