  • how come for the metal hollow sphere with the metal sphere with charge Q inside you said that the outter shell would have to be negative Q because of the argument that if E=0 within the metal shell the Qenc=0=Q+(-Q).. could we use the same argument in this case? that the metal shell would have to have a charge of -Q because if E=0 within a<r<b.. we're saying that Qenc=0=Q+(-Q)?
