The worst is Harry Truman. I would rank Abe Lincoln SECOND WORST. Teddy Roosevelt the SEVENTH WORST. George Washington would be ranked at TWENTY. Ronald Reagan would be ranked as the NINTH WORST. Eisenhower would be the TWELTH WORST. FDR is the FOURTH WORST.
All six were the absolutely amoung the worst of all time.
