  • great post... sorry in SF.  You go they aways say "follow your passion" and it seems that is what you've been doing! bravo. I hit it backwards from chef to sr. sys admin alas... the grass is always greener for me somewhere else. five stars to you.

  • A few friends have asked me if I wanted to be a chef and/or open a restaurant. I think from all I know from Chefs is that its a hard hard job. I am more interested in working one on one with people and creating recipes and programs that people can replicate on their own. But of course I do have a restaurant concept that I am working on. I would love to know what your experience as a chef was and why you decided to change careers.

  • This is the first video I have seen by you, but it certainly won't be the last... I'm sending you buckets full of encouragement and my advice is to keep following your heart and the right way forward will find you!

  • Sadly no, but while I am in LA, I have a few friends who are in the film business, so I am trying to see if I can find a suitable venue to shoot in and pull it all together. But even if it does not happen for a while or the way I envision currently, I am strangely confident, in a way I have rarely been about other things, that this is all going to come together in exactly the time that it needs to.

  • I think this could be big, Bonnie! Follow your heart. I agree with the format ZenArcher put forward - this is unique - the entire thing from planning thru execution to enjoyment and discussion.  Good Luck :-)

  • Considering opening a small restaurant? You could have an open kitchen, so people can see what you are doing. A good way for people to try the food and see you. It'd help with publicising and marketing both you and the recipes and concepts.

    If you've run a business before, you should be ok, right? Hubby looking to invest some capital maybe?

  • Based on what I've learned from you/about you in the past, I have confidence in your success.
