@TaOpOcLmjk462 Absolutely sure, I was there too. Only time they played it during the general tour, not counting the mini tour on west coast. Felt really happy to get to see it even though they didn't play By and Down at this show.

I wish Paz and Troy Van Leeuwen were still in the band. That line-up was something real special.

You're right about it being a borderline cover, I just like to consider it an original :) "Vacant" has such a raw feel to it. Shame it was never released, but the videos I've seen from the Mer De Noms & 13th Step tours sure do sound nice. Thanks for being an advocate of accurate information. Peace, brother.

@46andTOOL WELL SAID!!! Love it all! Minor thing, "Passive" actually derived from a song that MJK wrote with Trent Reznor in their project called Tapeworm. The song was originally titled "Vacant". So it's borderline a cover because it was written by both Rez and MJK, yet it was never released and I'm sure it sounds different from the original. As for @dusty42482, uh....I'm just gonna shake my head. Pity.
