Sony Vegas Tutorial - Colouring Type 1

whats with "levels".. i can see that you used it to in the plug-in chain Oo

When I was making the colouring I thought I wanted it to be darker so I used levels but it didn't look so good, so I set everything to zero, but forgot to delete it in the plug in chain lol

my one request is how do you make the video move to the beat of the song or the effects move to the beat of the sound?? dont know if im explaining this right but....
