I wish that Jagjit Singh saheb sang these classical compositions more, I believe this is where he shines the most. This is an amzing composition, I learned this when I was 11, and it is amazing. Darbari is such an incredible raga.

the flow of raag Darbari makes us like we go back in time into the royal court of Akbar ! where the undying and forever alive in this raag's invertor Taan Sen played this in Royal court ! the Darbar of Akbar.
