how do you bounce the External Instrument midi ?

Generally you don't "bounce" MIDI data, you bounce audio or VST tracks. Once you are happy with your MIDI section, record as audio, as the effects etc you want, then you bounce it along with the other audio and VST tracks.

Ok, just saw the other post about "bouncing" midi. How do you record midi tracks? Use to do it in Logic Express 7 routinely. Now with 9 I'm having a hellva time!!

OK. Sorta got that, but how do I get to the point of being able to bounce external instrument tracks say, with audio and/or audio instrument tracks?
