@videouzleg my gosh! i know right!? I'm not from Mongolia, but hell Mongolians don't even stir fry in the first place! this cooking technique comes from Japanese tapenyaki! i guess they got tired of using the world "Chinese", and decided to use "Mongolian BBQ" instead! if you google search. u ACTUALLY have to type in "TRADITIONAL Mongolian food" in the search bar to get authentic results.
ive seen REAL Mongolian cooking and this isnt it. not even close.

I am from Mongolia. This meal type and any other Mongolian BBQ things everywhere in the west is absolutely fake thing. Just ask anyone who visited Mongolia and verify my claim!!
