BTW, the best part about only replacing the mufflers is that when you get chicks in the car after picking them up, you still can get that nice, smooth Ford body-on-frame ride. Then, kiss 'em goodnight, drop them off and let the V8 roar. ;)

These cars run like hell. I saw a state trooper on the turnpike catch a guy doing 100 from a standstill in 3 minutes! I got a line on a 2005 P71. Hope I get it.

Do you have pipes out the back or turndowns? I have the same mufflers as you and I have them turned down under the car and im starting to regret it lol... Too much resonating.

Judging by your tail lights... your CV PI is at least a 2000 and it's bone stock hp is 239. But you know, it doesn't stand a chance against my '03 Mercury Marauder :P

IIRC each muffler was $90 and it cost about $150 to have them welded in so around $350 toatal.
