how is this guy considered a pro bodybuilder in pakistan ... he has absolutely no defenition in his arms ... anyone can get such arms with only a few months of weight training.

this guy hardly has any physique, I've seen bodybuilders in off-season that are still FAR more defined than this guy. He should probably think about losing some fat, and building PROPER muscles by allowing the muscles to recover. ~Been bodybuilding in USA for over 4 years, I would know.
