If Only They Knew (Chapter 12)

-Nicks POV-
Man, I wish I could just see Anna. Being on the road is fun most of the time, but once there is something at home for you to miss the time on the road seems longer and longer each day. Although the days were long they were worth it. Anna started out as just some fan and now she is so much more. I appreciate all the fans. The best times of the day are when I get to talk to Anna. I loved the sound of her voice and the texts filled with words that she thought of. I was broken out my trance when I heard my phone ring. The screen was filled with Annas name. Good timing.

Nick: Hello?
Anna: Hey.
Nick: What are you doing?
Anna: Talking to you.
Nick: Haha.
Anna: So I just called to wish you luck before your show.
Nick: I wish you were here to tell me that in person
Anna: I miss you too. (Peoples voices, most likely other Jonases, were talking.) Tell your family I say hi.
Nick:*holding phone away from his mouth* Everyone, Anna says hi.

Denise: Oh, Anna is on the phone let me talk to her. *she grabbed the phone before I (Nick) had time to object.*
Denise: *into phone* Anna, sweetie we all miss you and cant wait to see you again.
Anna: Aww, thank you Mrs. Jonas. I cant wait to see your entire family either.
Denise: Well Ill hand you back over to Nick. Bye.
Anna: Bye.
Nick: Sorry about that. I want to tell you something.

*in background you can hear Joe saying something ridiculous.*
Joe: Oh, I want to tell Anna something. *he grabbed the phone from his brother.*
*into the phone*
Joe: Hey Anna I have a joke for you. I also want to add I haven't gotten any laughs yet.
Anna: Okay. Lay it on me.
Joe: A man walks past a mental facility with a high fence. He hears the inmates chanting: Ten! Ten! Ten! So the man walks up to a hole in the wall to see what is going on. Instead he is poked in the eye with a stick. The inmates start chanting: Eleven! Eleven! Eleven!
Anna: *she laughed and not to be polite, she thought it was genuinely funny.*
Joe: Glad you liked it. Talk to you later. Heres Nick.

Nick: Okay Joe's jokes just get less funny each time and he still gets you. Anyway I wanted to tell you something.
Anna: Okay I'm ready.
*Another approaching family member could be heard. It was Melissa.*
Melissa: Let me talk to Anna! *without asking or showing that she was going to be nice about the way she took the phone away she began to start a conversation with Anna.*

*into the phone*
Melissa: Did you watch the show this week?
Anna: OF COURSE! I cant believe Courtney just walked out. She better come back.
Melissa: I know. If they don't bring her back the show will die.
Anna: I think they might kill her off.
Melissa: I hope not!
Anna: That would create some drama for sure. I mean imagine the funeral.
Melissa: Ohh wow. Well I gotta go. Ill hand you back to Nick. *directed to Nick* Here you go.

Nick: Anyone else want to talk to her? Im kidding Frankie.
*into phone*
Nick: Sorry for the all the interruptions.
Anna: Sorry Nick, I have to go. Good luck at your show.
The line went dead.
Nick:*to himself* But I had to tell you something.

Everyone kept taking the phone!!!

lol,I liked this one.

It made me laugh that everyone took the phone, but it made me sad when Nick said, "but I had to tell you something"
