how do you do it so glottally( create those hard sounds when progressing to a different note?

Hmmm.....first off, I had to look up "glottally" before I responded. And I assume you mean that my whistle is a little like a voice as it moves from note to note. Again, hmmm...It's not a conscious thing, but I think I have more control when I whistle more softly or blow less hard. In a real sense, I usually just whistle to myself, and maybe that reduces harsh sounds at times.
